InvestEd created the original Leadership Training program and it is open to all attendees at no extra cost. Participation does not require a volunteer time commitment. The program includes sessions on presentation tips, general computer and software pointers, and teaching techniques.

 

InvestEd 2009 offers intensive education in stock research techniques and the corresponding judgments made during stock study analysis. Our experienced volunteer staff has produced successful education events since 1991. Participants receive an excellent, cost-effective way to further their education and refine their stock analysis and portfolio management skills.

Hands-on activity in the Computer Lab supplements classroom learning. Attendees test drive software, learn about current useful Internet sites, and obtain one-on-one help. Skilled tutors, software developers, and instructors staff the Computer Lab and field investment education, software, and computer questions.

Visit with fellow investors. Meet cyber-friends in person. Speak with investor relations representatives from a variety of well-known companies, and attend their corporate presentations to learn about the company's business model, growth, and future prospects. Hikers and joggers can ride in the TRAX Free Zone to the Temple Square Station a short walk to the trailhead of City Creek Canyon. You will forget the proximity to the city as you make your way beside a bubbling stream next to the road trail.  Grandeur Peak is a more strenuous hike about eight miles from the hotel.
